About the internship
This work-from-home internship is focused on recruitment support for Odia-speaking candidates. The role combines candidate sourcing, initial screening, communication, and coordination with the project team.
Key responsibilities
- Find and screen candidates who can speak Odia.
- Handle first-round and follow-up phone conversations with candidates.
- Support the project team with day-to-day operational work.
