About the internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations and the chance to support a range of department initiatives. You will work with the HR team on day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing projects in a collaborative environment.

What you will do

Support hiring activities by sharing job openings and coordinating interview schedules.
Keep employee files, records, and related documentation well organized and up to date.
Assist with onboarding and training activities for new joiners.
Help with HR administration, including report preparation and presentation work.
Provide support in employee relations-related activities.
Take part in planning and coordinating employee engagement events and activities.
Work with team members on special HR assignments and projects.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, and should be able to begin between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026. The internship lasts for 3 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in HR. Women looking to begin or restart their career are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

Strong spoken English is preferred for this role.
Basic comfort with office tools such as Word, Excel, and general MS Office tasks is expected.
Attention to detail and a proactive work style will help in succeeding in this internship.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 17,000. The stipend is structured as fixed pay of INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 2,000 to 5,000 per month.
