About the internship

Highway Delite is looking for energetic Telecalling Interns to support customer communication and follow-up activities. In this role, you will connect with customers over the phone, answer their questions, keep interaction records up to date, and help deliver a smooth support experience.

What you will do

Place outbound calls and follow up with customers as needed.
Respond to customer questions and share correct information.
Record call details and update internal systems regularly.
Work with internal teams to help resolve customer issues.
Track pending customer cases and ensure timely follow-up.
Communicate in a clear, professional, and courteous manner at all times.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 3 Jul 2026 and 7 Aug 2026, can commit to 5 months, and are based in Gujarat. Applicants should also have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Additional requirements

You must have your own laptop.
You should be available to work from the office in Gujarat.
Strong communication skills are required.

Stipend

The internship offers a stipend of INR 20,000 per month.

Highway Delite is a free travel app built for people traveling on Indian highways, with a focus on making road trips safer and more enjoyable. The startup is supported by the Government of Karnataka, incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and provides verified route information across more than 10,000 kilometers of highways, with continued expansion in progress.
