The Opportunity

Burnley Football Club is offering an exciting opening for an Academy Development Physiotherapist. In this position, you will contribute to the continued growth of the academy and help provide an excellent experience for players, staff, and supporters.

Who the Club Is Looking For

The club is seeking someone ready for a new challenge. The preferred candidate will hold a degree in Physiotherapy and a current ATMIFF qualification. A flexible approach is essential, as the role requires availability during evenings and weekends.

Key Duties

• Work with other practitioners in the evening clinic to evaluate and treat FDP/YDP players through both assessment-based and rehabilitation-based support.
• Assist the Academy Development Sports Therapist with injury planning and rehabilitation so that every injury has a structured recovery plan.
• Deliver high-level medical support for training and matchdays, both at home and away depending on fixture needs.
