AI/ML Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Lead to own the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions, guide a strong team, and deliver AI initiatives that directly support business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and coach a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI systems that can scale reliably.
• Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to turn AI ideas into working solutions.
• Manage MLOps processes, including model oversight, monitoring, and lifecycle control.
• Spot potential AI applications and shape the technical direction for them.

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning methods, including NLP and computer vision.
• Practical experience using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with MLOps tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver AI products that are ready for production use.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work with large language models and generative AI.
• Understanding of transformer architectures and vector database systems.
