The Team
This Analyst role supports the daily work of the internal finance and treasury teams and partners closely with M&A, Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior leadership. The position is cross-functional and focused on improving financial performance across the organization. It involves supporting treasury operations, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, recurring processes, and ad hoc projects, offering exposure to both the practical and strategic sides of running a business.
Unison has a flat structure, so analysts regularly contribute to projects for senior leaders and management and are trusted with significant responsibility.
The Role
- Build and maintain management reports, including operational KPI dashboards.
- Develop financial models for transactions, debt facilities, and company-wide planning.
- Analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Work with SG&A leaders to help them understand spending and make informed decisions.
- Manage cash activities such as positioning, forecasting, and intercompany transactions.
- Carry out financial analysis as needed on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
Required education and experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical ability, excellent organization, and careful attention to detail.

Additional Details

- This role uses a hybrid work model with three days per week in Unison’s Woburn, Massachusetts office.
