Role overview
The Shared Services team is hiring a detail-oriented, solution-driven AP Store Support Coordinator. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and being a dependable point of contact for support.
What you will do
- Match supplier invoices with goods receipts and sort out any mismatches.
- Look into issues and partner with stores to reach practical resolutions.
- Follow up on supplier credit notes and process them once received.
- Handle invoice processing tasks, including blocking and unblocking in SAP and managing work in Pacsoft.
- Process invoices through Esker.
- Serve as the main contact for national supplier accounts.
What you should bring
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems, with SAP considered an advantage.
- Strong capability in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent accuracy and a careful eye for detail.
- Comfortable and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and the confidence to take initiative.
- Experience with Pacsoft is a bonus.
