Role overview
This is a full-time role based in an office and on project sites in London. The position supports the design and delivery of premium residential refurbishment work, moving projects from early concepts through to construction.
Key duties
You will prepare drawings and technical documentation, take part in site inspections, and help coordinate the project team so the design intent is carried through to a high standard. The role also involves regular communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications and skills
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Professional-level English is needed; native or bilingual fluency would be an advantage.
- Professional-level Turkish is required; native or bilingual fluency would be an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Experience with other 3D modelling or rendering tools would be beneficial.
- You should have strong communication and organisational ability.
- The role requires someone who can handle several tasks at once and work to deadlines.
- Comfort with visiting construction sites across Central London is necessary.
Preferred experience
- Background in high-end residential projects would be a plus.
- Understanding of UK planning, Building Regulations, and construction detailing would be an advantage.
