Role Overview

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to support day-to-day food and beverage operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, controlling costs, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure operations follow the company’s safety management framework, HACCP requirements, hygiene rules, EKFC safety standards, and applicable government regulations to protect staff, contractors, suppliers, and guests.
