Role Overview

This position is responsible for driving sales growth across North India’s mass-market territories and supporting the company’s business development efforts in the semiconductor space. The role combines territory coverage, distributor coordination, customer relationship management, market tracking, and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will report to the Manager, India Sales and will take ownership of sales coverage in North India, with a focus on Tier 2/3/4 cities such as Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Kanpur, Lucknow, Haridwar, Bhiwadi, and the Noida–Greater Noida cluster.

The job involves working across target segments including metering, UPS/inverter, panel meters, telecom, industrial, consumer, and emerging applications. A key part of the role is to strengthen existing accounts while also developing new mass-market customers.

The role also includes close coordination with distributors to improve market reach and grow design-in opportunities. In addition, the incumbent will maintain strong working relationships with OEMs, ODMs, design houses, and EMS partners.

Another major responsibility is monitoring the market by tracking competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer roadmaps. The position also contributes to forecasting, revenue growth, and reporting to support overall financial ownership.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical and bring 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales. A solid understanding of the North India market is essential for success in this role.
