About the Club
KSV BWO is a football club based in Hengelo with a strong development-oriented approach. For the 2026–2027 season, the club is looking for an ambitious assistant coach to support the first team. The focus within the club is on both player development and competitive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the head coach to lead training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
- Support the head coach during league matches, cup fixtures, and friendly games.
- Step in and temporarily take over the head coach’s duties when needed for short absences.
- Take an active role in evaluation discussions between the head coach and players.
Candidate Profile
- You bring coaching experience and have a clear interest in high-performance football.
- You hold at least a VC2 (UEFA C) coaching licence, or you are willing to work toward obtaining it.
- You have experience with video analysis, or you are open to learning and applying it.
- You communicate well and naturally take initiative within the coaching staff and with players.
- You are driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to get the best out of yourself, the squad, and the team.
