Workday-focused role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the team across multiple stages of project delivery.
• Prepare project deliverables and related documentation.
• Contribute as a business analyst, tester, or developer as needed.
• Build both individual and team technical capability over time.
• Stay informed about local and national business and economic developments.
• Follow compliance requirements and related standards carefully.
• Strengthen internal working relationships and support the firm’s brand.

Requirements

• At least 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• A full-time degree is required.
• Experience of 1 to 5 years is mentioned for the role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday is expected.
• Prior experience as a BA, tester, or developer is required.
• Functional, QA, data, or Extend experience in Workday HCM modules is preferred, including Recruiting, HCM, Talent, Performance Management, Compensation, Skills, Absence, and Benefits.
• Exposure to integration work and end-to-end implementation and testing is an advantage, including PECI/WECI, Core Connector, and Studio.
• Manual testing experience is required.
• Automation testing experience is a plus for software testing profiles.
• Experience with test management and defect management tools is needed.
• Delivery experience using Agile methodology is preferred.
• Workday certification is good to have.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Notice period should be 30 to 60 days.
• Qualified candidates should hold BE, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MBA degrees.
• Mandatory skill focus: Workday technical consulting and testing.
