Role overview

This position supports the Boutique Director in keeping store operations running smoothly and in strengthening boutique performance through accurate, well-organized merchandise handling and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain precise stock records at all times and coordinate weekly and monthly cycle counts.
  • Keep the stockroom and sales-floor inventory orderly, ensuring the area remains in excellent condition throughout the day.
  • Receive shipments from the central warehouse and verify them on arrival.
  • Track transfers between boutiques as well as stock moved for commercial activities.
  • Handle end-of-season merchandise returns.
  • Take part in daily morning team meetings and communicate operational updates such as incoming deliveries and stock movements.
  • Assist colleagues with stock requests.
  • Share inventory outcomes, consignment concerns, and related matters with the finance team.
  • Exchange best practices and operational issues with other stores.
  • Represent the brand’s values of entrepreneurship, teamwork, excellence, creativity, and positive impact in day-to-day work.
  • Manage and monitor all shipping paperwork and VAT-related documents.
