Position overview

For the Rostock-Roggentin site, the role focuses on sorting incoming letter mail so it can be processed and delivered on time. The job is offered on a part-time basis with fixed early-morning working hours.

What the role includes

• Separate letter consignments according to the relevant sorting criteria.
• Operate the mail sorting equipment.
• Bring forward the incoming letter containers for processing.
• Empty the sorting compartments and move away the letter containers once they have been processed.

What is offered

• Hourly pay of €17.10 under the collective agreement, including 50% Christmas bonus.
• An additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.
• Holiday bonus of €332 in July from the second year onward.
• Tax-free night allowance of 25% between 20:00 and 06:00.
• Paid induction and training with experienced colleagues.
• Free work equipment such as safety shoes and protective gloves.
• A stable and secure employer.
• Permanent employment may be possible if performance is good and positions are available.
• 12 hours per week.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 03:05 and 08:00, across 6 days per week.
• Immediate start in part-time is possible.
• This is not a mini-job.
