Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Work toward and surpass monthly or quarterly sales goals.
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
- Meet clients, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products effectively.
- Track incoming leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Draft quotations, sales proposals, and performance reports.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
- Work closely with marketing and support functions to achieve sales objectives.
- Keep an eye on market movements and competitor strategies.
- Respond to customer queries and handle complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure payments are collected from clients on time.
