Care Assistant

Role overview

We are looking for a Care Assistant in Barnsley to support customers in their own homes. The role focuses on delivering care in a respectful, person-centred way that helps people maintain their independence while receiving the assistance they need with everyday life.

You will travel to customers’ homes and provide support that has been agreed with the customer and Caremark. The care offered is intended to be the kind of practical help a family member might reasonably provide, such as personal care or help around the home.

Pay and working hours

Pay is £13.35 per hour, with mileage paid at 30 pence per mile. Working hours are stated as 7-3pm and 3-10pm.
