The company is focused on reshaping the wine industry and produces wines across Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, supplying markets around the world.
About the role
Vinarchy is looking for Cellar Hands to join the Berri Estates Winery team in Berri, South Australia. In this role, you will support a range of plant and machinery used throughout the winemaking process, including both vintage and non-vintage work, filtration, product transfers, blending, additions, and related cellar activities.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out instructions provided by cellar leadership.
- Complete cellar tasks in line with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and sanitation across the workplace.
- Support vintage operations and help train seasonal employees during peak periods.
- Take responsibility for safety and product quality.
Other accountabilities
- Show practical capability across a wide range of cellar duties.
- Bring a mindset of ongoing improvement and efficiency.
- Have cellar operations exposure, with 3+ years preferred.
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
