About the Role
The Client Advisor acts as a representative of the Maison, creating a memorable client journey that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise. This person develops authentic, lasting connections with clients, takes time to understand their preferences and requirements, and supports both personal and store-level goals.
Client Experience and Sales Results
- Greet each client warmly and provide a premium experience that follows Maison service standards.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets while taking ownership of personal results.
- Offer guidance across the Maison’s product ranges and tailor suggestions to each client’s needs.
Clienteling and Relationship Management
- Build durable client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and effective clienteling.
- Reach out proactively to current and prospective clients to encourage loyalty and repeat store visits.
Brand Representation and Standards
- Maintain deep knowledge of the brand and products to represent the Maison confidently and accurately.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton expectations for presentation, conduct, and service quality.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Teamwork and Store Support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and help deliver shared goals and store initiatives.
- Take an active role in day-to-day store operations and activities.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in retail or a luxury setting is an advantage.
- A strong customer-first attitude and commitment to excellent service are essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- The role suits someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to keep learning.
- Comfort in a busy, fast-moving retail environment is important.
