Role overview
This full-time remote position is for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on AI solutions. The role centers on building, growing, and managing relationships with enterprise customers that are adopting artificial intelligence products and services. A strong technical grasp of AI platforms is important so client needs can be matched effectively with the right solution.
What you'll do
- Find and assess enterprise prospects with AI-related needs, then connect them to suitable offerings.
- Create and carry out account plans that support adoption of enterprise AI platforms.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support successful client outcomes.
- Guide clients through AI implementation and optimization, offering continued consultation and support.
- Monitor engagement and revenue-related KPIs, and share progress updates through regular reporting.
Skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in selling or advising on enterprise AI solutions, platforms, or services.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- A solid background in enterprise sales, account management, or client partnership functions.
- Ability to explain complex technical AI concepts in business terms for non-technical audiences.
- Experience using CRM systems and working with structured sales processes and methodologies.
