About the role

TikTok is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join the Commerce - Fashion vertical. In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert for your vertical, work closely with internal partners, and help deliver strong outcomes and client success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen post-sale relationships with clients in partnership with the Client Partner, with a focus on growth and satisfaction.
  • Support recurring business reviews and help build long-term client partnerships through a consultative approach.
  • Investigate accounts, review campaign activity, and identify ways to improve ad performance.
  • Use campaign and audience data to generate insights that support strategy, business recommendations, and broader market or vertical initiatives.
  • Share feedback from the market to help refine and improve advertising strategy.
  • Manage marketing science initiatives from assessing feasibility through test-and-learn planning, including creative programs.
  • Keep up to date with TikTok products, features, and ad formats.
  • Work with the sales team to educate clients and agencies on product options, best practices, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to support client and business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in ad sales, marketing, business development, or a related sales support role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital media platforms and advertising metrics, especially performance marketing; experience in social, search, programmatic, or ad-tech is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing app campaigns and understanding the app ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and taking initiative independently.
  • Ability to contribute individually while also collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Exposure to ad verification partners such as IAS, DV, or MOAT is a plus.
