Role overview
This early-stage venture in the fuel and transportation space is looking for a commercially driven co-founder. The product prototype has already been built, and the business direction, market need, and product vision are already mapped out. What the startup needs now is a hands-on growth partner who can help win customers and build market traction.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of business development and sales initiatives.
- Identify, reach out to, and assess leads in the fuel and transportation sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and strategic collaborators.
- Run customer discussions, presentations, and product demos.
- Handle commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
- Share insights from the market to support product decisions and growth planning.
Preferred background
- Prior experience in fuel, logistics, transportation, or a closely connected industry.
- An established network in the sector would be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- An entrepreneurial approach and enthusiasm for building a startup from the ground up.
- German language fluency is required because many target customers communicate in German.
