Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Community Manager. The position is open to candidates who can work from anywhere and contribute to the growth of online communities through engagement, moderation, and cross-team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Oversee community spaces and keep interactions respectful, constructive, and on track.
Plan and run engagement initiatives that encourage participation and improve member retention.
Produce, organize, and distribute relevant content that sparks conversation and strengthens community connections.
Track community wellness indicators, review participation patterns, and share regular insights on feedback and engagement.
Work closely with product and marketing teams so community activities support broader business objectives.

Skills and Experience Needed

Prior experience handling online communities or managing social media channels is necessary.
Strong written and spoken communication abilities are important for engaging members and creating content.
You should be comfortable reviewing engagement data and using insights to adjust strategy.
Familiarity with community management platforms and related tools is expected.
Good problem-solving skills are needed to resolve conflicts or community issues effectively.

Compensation

Pay is competitive and will be determined according to the candidate’s experience.
