Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Community Manager to oversee branded residential communities in Dubai, specifically within the overlap of owners association administration and premium residential living. This position requires prior hands-on experience managing owner relationships, addressing service charge issues, coordinating with brand partners, and fostering a strong sense of community in high-end developments. Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the owners association board, unit owners, tenants, and the management company, while building dependable relationships with all parties.
