About the Role
Etex is an international sustainable construction business with a strong focus on collaboration, employee wellbeing, and meaningful impact for customers and communities. The company is hiring a commercially minded Regional Product and Marketing Lead in Ireland to support the Fibre Cement portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This position blends product strategy with practical marketing delivery, with responsibility for strengthening market position, supporting profitable growth, and keeping offerings aligned with customer needs.
The role is based in Athy, County Kildare, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual marketing strategy so it supports UK and Ireland priorities and reinforces the portfolio’s market position.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and produce strong campaign content suited to target audiences.
- Manage products across their full lifecycle, including development, launch, improvement, and eventual phase-out.
- Apply customer and market insight to shape product direction and guide ongoing enhancements.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial colleagues to improve product performance and support innovation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Communications teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Assist with launches, sales support, and customer engagement while serving as the regional subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in both product management and marketing, ideally within construction, building materials, technical, or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to turn customer insight into practical product and marketing plans.
- Strong command of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and campaign delivery across multiple channels.
- Proven stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, data-led approach with solid troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
