ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is for an experienced e-commerce professional who can oversee and expand a brand’s presence across leading online marketplaces. The role focuses on driving growth, managing day-to-day marketplace operations, and keeping all digital sales channels running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer seller profiles on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, AJIO, Myntra, Nykaa, and similar marketplaces.
- Take charge of product uploads, stock movement, price adjustments, and order processing.
- Develop and execute plans to improve online revenue and marketplace performance.
- Track sales data and platform insights, then use the findings to refine listings and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams on catalog work, promotional activity, and campaign execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and growth-focused planning.
- Practical ability to use Canva or Adobe Photoshop for product creatives and image edits.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with sales and performance data.
