Coordinator - Parts

Job summary

This role supports the workshop function by keeping a close eye on parts inventory, identifying and evaluating suppliers, following up on purchase orders, and ensuring procurement records are properly maintained.

Core responsibilities

• Track and monitor supplier performance and activity.
• Handle local purchasing tasks as required.
• Create purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Arrange deliveries within the committed lead time.
• Coordinate supplier invoice collection and payment follow-up.
• Review daily requests coming in from the workshop team.
• Liaise with OEMs and workshop staff to support parts requirements whenever needed.
• Keep MOQL updated on a regular basis.
• Guide and follow up with suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Respond to team requests promptly and take ownership of assigned follow-ups.
• Apply company systems and procedures in line with internal policy.
• Maintain supplier service levels in accordance with SLA expectations.

Qualifications and skills

The preferred background is any degree or diploma, while the minimum educational requirement is a diploma. Candidates should have practical knowledge of parts management and be able to communicate well in English and Arabic. The preferred experience level is up to 2 years, though fresh diploma graduates may also be considered.
