Role Overview

FedEx Australia is seeking a Courier to join its logistics operation in Eagle Farm, Queensland. This is a permanent, full-time position designed for candidates who already have experience working in fast-paced delivery environments.

Work Schedule

The usual roster is Monday to Friday, with working hours of about 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Duties

• Load and unload freight manually while following company handling procedures.
• Complete deliveries on time and with accuracy, generally covering around 50 to 60 stops each day.
• Act as a professional representative of the company and support a strong customer experience.
• Follow all safety rules, operating standards, and vehicle-related requirements at all times.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is geared toward delivery professionals who can work efficiently in demanding conditions, pay close attention to detail, and maintain procedural discipline. A background in courier or freight delivery is preferred.

Requirements and Checks

• You must have unrestricted permission to work in Australia.
• A clean driving history is required, with no more than six demerit points recorded in the last three years.
• You need to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing, a driving assessment, a criminal history check, and a functional assessment.
• You should be able to stay accurate and efficient even when working under pressure.
• A polished, customer-focused approach and professional conduct are expected.
