Role overview
We are seeking an imaginative Designer who brings solid experience in home interiors and styling to help drive the expansion of an ecommerce brand portfolio. This position combines brand building, creative design, and interior styling across a wide range of outputs, including digital, email, social media, video, print, and packaging.
You will help shape the visual story of products and brands from the first idea through to final delivery. The role sits alongside an existing UX-led designer, adding a stronger conceptual and visual layer, while also being actively involved in shoot planning, styling, and creative production.
Design and creative delivery
You will develop idea-led creative for ecommerce, digital, social, email, video, print, and packaging. Projects should be taken from early concept stages through to completion, with attention to building engaging range and colour ideas, product storytelling, and campaign imagery that meet both brand guidelines and business goals.
Styling, shoots, and visual direction
The role includes creating moodboards and storyboards for AI imagery, campaigns, photo shoots, and video content. You will support photoshoot planning and execution, bring a strong interior styling perspective to visual work, and contribute ideas for set styling, composition, and trend-aware presentation.
Brand development and campaigns
You will help build and refine brand playbooks, shape campaign ideas and visual identities, and support integrated campaigns across video, digital, and social channels. Consistency and high quality across all customer touchpoints will be an important part of the role.
Trend, colour, and interiors insight
The role involves helping develop product colour palettes and contributing knowledge of home interiors trends, materials, and finishes.
Collaboration and creative leadership
You will work closely with brand, studio, marketing, ecommerce, and buying teams. Confidence in presenting ideas is essential, as is the ability to contribute to stronger studio processes, creative quality, and ways of working.
Innovation and AI
We are looking for someone who is curious about how AI tools can support interior concepting, visualisation, and creative production workflows.
Experience and skills
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in a design role, either in-house or within an agency. A strong portfolio is expected, showing conceptual thinking, delivery across multiple channels, and work related to interiors or home styling. You should also have experience creating moodboards and storyboards and contributing to shoots.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. A strong sense of colour, typography, composition, and layout is also important.
Highly desirable background
Experience within home interiors, lifestyle, or furniture brands would be especially valuable, along with styling experience for photography or video. An understanding of brand development and campaign creation is also preferred.
