Role Overview

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member to join the restaurant team in Largo, Florida. This role is part of the core team from the first day and supports daily restaurant operations, customer service, and food preparation.

As a crew member, you are expected to bring a helpful, upbeat attitude, work well with teammates and guests, and take initiative when something needs to be corrected. You should be ready to learn, contribute to a positive workplace, and help keep service running smoothly.

Physical and Workplace Requirements

• Be able to remain on your feet and stay active for most or all of the shift.
• Use standard restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, cash register, and grill.
• Follow brand procedures and quality standards to prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $15.50 per hour.
