Role overview

We’re looking for energetic team players who enjoy working with others and are keen to learn practical new skills. This position sits at the heart of a busy restaurant environment and supports smooth day-to-day service.

About the position

Working alongside the shift manager and the wider crew, you’ll contribute to the overall running of the restaurant. The role is customer-facing and covers a range of service areas, including the front counter, drive-through, and burger preparation area.

Key duties

• Deliver friendly, high-quality service to customers.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Keep equipment, fixtures, and restaurant spaces clean and tidy.
• Handle cash transactions and help with balancing duties.
• Support the team in keeping customer traffic moving efficiently.
