About Customs Support Group
Customs Support Group (CSG) is a major independent customs services provider in Europe. Established in 1964, the company now operates across 14 European countries, with more than 100 offices and a workforce of over 1,700 customs specialists.
The organisation supports businesses in moving goods across borders efficiently and in line with customs rules, helping remove the complexity from international trade.
CSG assists more than 60,000 clients and handles over 20 million declaration lines annually. Its services cover routine customs declarations, compliance support, duty optimisation and trade advisory work, making cross-border operations more manageable and reliable.
The company combines local customs knowledge with digital systems to manage high volumes accurately and quickly. Its technology reduces manual work and improves turnaround times, with productivity benefits already seen in markets such as the UK.
As customs requirements continue to become more complicated, errors can be costly and can lead to delays, risk and uncertainty. CSG helps clients remain compliant, reduce exposure and keep supply chains running smoothly.
