Responsibilities
- Extract and present data-driven insights to inform the tuning, evaluation, and improvement of our AI agents.
- Develop clear and compelling reports and visualizations for both internal product teams and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently handle data requests, translating complex analytical findings into easily understandable narratives.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate trends effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A foundational understanding of statistical principles and the fundamental concepts of AI and machine learning systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the Chicago area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, research, or a support function within a technology or AI-focused company.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and foundational data modeling techniques.
