About the Role
Polytope Systems India is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Hyderabad team. In this role, you will support the commercial and customer success teams by creating reporting that improves pipeline visibility and helps enterprise clients realize clear value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dashboards that monitor customer engagement, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Review campaign performance and funnel metrics to support sales and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with customer success to develop health scores and study churn trends.
- Work alongside data engineering teams to strengthen data quality and pipeline reliability.
- Present insights in a clear and practical way to internal business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- Strong command of SQL, along with practical experience using Python.
- Hands-on exposure to visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Salesforce reporting experience will be considered an added advantage.
- A commercial mindset with excellent communication abilities.
