What you will do

• Review raw datasets by checking quality, cleaning the information, and organizing it so it can be used effectively in later stages.
• Build prediction models that are both reliable and able to scale.
• Work with the engineering team to move analytical proofs of concept into live production environments.
• Translate analysis into clear, usable insights that help improve business outcomes.
• Partner with business teams to define, track, and interpret key metrics that support strategic decisions.
• Take ownership of analytics initiatives that can increase revenue, lower costs, or improve operational efficiency.
• Gather the data needed for business analysis, create and automate reports and dashboards, and monitor overall business performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and present findings in a way that supports decision-making.

Qualifications and requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a reputed institute is required. The role calls for working knowledge of Python, SAS, or R along with basic data modeling capability. Strong SQL skills are needed to retrieve and transform data from tables. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI will be considered an added advantage. Understanding of statistical modeling is also expected.
