Sureserve Compliance Central is a nationwide business delivering market-leading heating and hot water services through regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, giving broad coverage and dependable access for clients.

Role overview

The company is looking for a qualified electrician who has practical experience working with domestic heating and hot water systems. The role involves visiting properties to carry out testing and remedial work.

Key responsibilities

• Assess electrical installations within properties and identify any issues or required actions.
• Install wiring for new heating systems across a mix of domestic and commercial properties in the region.
• Provide a high standard of customer service when dealing with clients and tenants, while meeting quality expectations.
• Share job progress and updates clearly, and complete paperwork both electronically and by hand.
• Follow all health and safety rules and legal requirements, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and COSHH records.
• Follow stock control and auditing processes so that the correct parts are available to complete work efficiently.
