Role Overview
The resort is hiring an Engineer/Senior Engineer to support daily engineering operations and maintain the hotel’s systems, equipment, and infrastructure at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support engineering technicians to improve team effectiveness and keep maintenance work running smoothly.
- Oversee the condition and upkeep of hotel equipment so operations remain uninterrupted and downtime stays low.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests quickly so critical issues are resolved fast and guest experience is protected.
- Organise, supervise, and carry out engineering projects that improve hotel infrastructure and help meet operational objectives.
- Support audit preparation and training initiatives to maintain compliance and strengthen team capability.
- Handle shift-based engineering coverage to ensure reliable support for hotel operations at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on background in electrical engineering, building upkeep, and repairs in a hotel or resort setting.
- Prior experience working as an Engineer or in a similar technical role within a hotel or building environment.
- Comfortable working rotating or assigned shifts.
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
