Role Overview
This opening is for an entry-level customer experience representative who will act as the primary contact for customers. The position involves answering questions, solving concerns, and making sure each interaction is handled professionally across email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
- Address complaints, concerns, and service requests with care and accuracy.
- Record customer interactions thoroughly in CRM software.
- Refer difficult or sensitive issues to senior support staff or management when appropriate.
- Explain products or services in a clear, confident way.
- Gather customer input that can be used to enhance service quality and the overall experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfort working on multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Good problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
Preferred Skills
- Background in customer experience or customer success.
- Bilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
