Role Overview

Duratec is seeking an Estimator to support its ACT division in producing precise, timely, and well-structured tender estimates and cost plans. The role focuses on building, façade, defence, and remediation work, with responsibilities that include delivering tenders valued up to $20 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate cost estimates and prepare tender submissions.
  • Oversee the full tender cycle, including pricing strategy, supplier engagement, and risk assessment.
  • Work closely with internal departments and outside stakeholders to progress bids.
  • Spot project risks and propose value engineering opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and governance requirements throughout the process.
  • Assist the broader team with tender-related delivery and coordination tasks.
