About the Role
Park Hyatt Doha is looking for an accomplished Executive Chef to oversee its culinary program and help shape premium dining experiences. This position is suited to a leader who can combine creativity, operational discipline, and a strong luxury-hospitality mindset.
What You Will Do
- Direct day-to-day kitchen activity across all restaurant and outlet operations
- Create original, seasonally driven menus with a strong focus on quality and innovation
- Keep food taste, appearance, and consistency aligned with luxury standards
- Enforce hygiene, health, sanitation, and food-safety requirements at all times
- Oversee kitchen budgets, food-cost management, purchasing, and stock levels
- Hire, coach, and develop a skilled and motivated culinary workforce
- Work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to improve the overall guest dining experience
What We Are Looking For
- Background as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in high-end culinary operations
- Solid knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking methods
- Formal culinary education or professional training from a recognized institute
- Strong people leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities
- Comfortable handling financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Creative approach with a genuine passion for memorable food experiences
- Ability to perform effectively in a demanding, fast-moving luxury setting
