Executive - Fleet and Facility

About the Role

We are hiring an Executive for Fleet and Facility work in the cash management services sector. The role combines oversight of specialized vehicles, secure premises, vendor coordination, and compliance-focused operational support in a high-security environment.

Fleet Management

You will handle the full vehicle lifecycle for armored and other specialized vehicles, including planning for acquisition, routine upkeep, and eventual replacement or disposal. The job also involves monitoring GPS and telematics data, maintaining security controls, and supporting compliance with transport and state-level regulations.

Facility Operations

This position includes managing cash vaults, office spaces, and secure processing locations. Responsibilities cover maintenance of HVAC systems, generator backups, and physical security tools such as CCTV and access-control systems.

Financial and Vendor Coordination

You will assist in planning and tracking both capital and operating budgets, while also negotiating and managing vendors for fuel, spare parts, facility maintenance, and equipment needs.

Risk, Safety, and Compliance

The role requires close attention to health and safety practices, security standards for vehicles and vaults, and emergency or disaster preparedness. Strong control over bulk fuel usage and theft prevention is important to reduce risks such as siphoning and internal fraud.
