Field Recruiter

About the roleThis position is for a field recruiter responsible for supporting hiring needs across assigned locations while working remotely. The role focuses on building strong sourcing networks, handling end-to-end recruitment activities, and partnering with educational institutions and other hiring channels to meet manpower targets.Key responsibilitiesCreate and strengthen sourcing channels to improve the volume and quality of hiring.Meet staffing needs across the allotted locations.Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple recruitment platforms.Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes for campus hiring initiatives.Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs.Travel regularly to different locations to assist with hiring operations.Engage with college directors, placement officers, and institute representatives to build recruitment partnerships.Review workforce needs and work through recruitment-related challenges.Keep recruitment records and hiring trackers up to date.Close open vacancies within the required timelines.EligibilityThis opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience.RequirementsAny graduate from a recognized discipline.Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel across Gurugram and New Delhi as needed.Self-driven, proactive, and focused on meeting hiring targets.Basic familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.Compensation and benefitsThe compensation for this role is ₹2,16,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year.
