- A growing team of 20 people with a Berlin office
- Reached $0 to $1 million in under one year and is targeting 500% growth this year
- Acquiring more than 50 customers per month with very limited marketing activity so far
What you will do
- Test multiple growth channels and expand the ones that show strong results
- Focus heavily on paid acquisition, with Meta Ads as the main channel
- Improve conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
- Refine positioning, messaging, and brand voice to sharpen market fit
What the company is looking for
- Native-level German fluency, ideally C1/C2
- Between 1 and 4 years of growth marketing experience
- A broad marketing profile that can experiment across different growth levers
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools
Compensation
The package is valued at up to €70,000-€90,000 plus equity.
