Freelance Python Developer - AI Trainer

Overview

This opportunity is for an experienced freelance Python developer who wants to contribute to AI training work. You would join a large coding community of more than 100,000 professionals spanning front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineering backgrounds, all helping improve real-world AI systems.

The platform combines flexibility with technical challenge. You may be asked to create and solve coding problems, build polished applications with useful functionality, and analyze data through visualizations and insights. Your work helps improve intelligent systems that learn and adapt over time. Some contributors use this alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus and choose projects that suit their own availability.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be made available through the platform.

Contract benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop and solve coding exercises that help train AI systems, with a strong focus on Android-related work.
• Produce well-structured code examples along with clear explanations.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, speed, and readability.
• Share feedback that contributes to improving future AI models.

Qualifications

Applicants should be fluent in English at a native or bilingual level and have strong writing and grammar skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, whether completed or still in progress. Experience with Kotlin is preferred, and you should also know at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift. Prior work as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.

This role is for independent contractors. Payment is made through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal where applicable. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants. The opportunity is only available to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. People outside these countries will not currently see assessments or available work on the platform.
