Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front House role based in Jeddah. The Front House team member will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include answering inquiries in person, by phone, and online, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing clear information about services, membership options, and events. The role also involves coordinating with wellness practitioners and operations staff, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling payments and basic administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth flow of guests through their sessions. The Front House team member will help promote upcoming programs and community events, gather feedback from guests, and assist with any front-of-house operational needs as they arise as well as become versed in our services to assist all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and interpersonal communication abilities to build rapport and create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries, explain services clearly, and support professional correspondence.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on hospitality, problem solving, and maintaining a high standard of guest care.
  • Comfort with presentations and explaining offerings, memberships, or wellness programs in an engaging and confident manner.
  • Previous front desk, reception, or hospitality experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, spa, or healthcare settings.

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for serving local guests.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
