About the Role

Blackdoor Executive Search is looking for a Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and secure strong candidates across different functions and seniority bands. The role covers the complete recruitment journey, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding support.

What You’ll Do

• Find and approach both passive and active candidates for open roles.
• Run the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews with shortlisted talent.
• Create and nurture strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and expectations.
• Handle offer discussions and help ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Monitor hiring metrics and keep track of market movements and trends.
• Support employer branding efforts to strengthen the company’s talent attraction.
