What you’ll do
- Support hiring activities by reviewing resumes, taking part in interviews, and coordinating closely with hiring managers.
- Build and roll out training initiatives that help new joiners settle in and strengthen current team capabilities.
- Work with department leaders to understand skill gaps and design tailored learning programs.
- Deliver training on areas such as customer service, sales methods, and leadership development.
- Measure how effective training has been using assessments and feedback, then use that input to improve future sessions.
- Help prepare learning content, including presentations, handbooks, and digital learning modules.
- Assist with wider HR activities such as performance processes, employee relations, and compliance-related work.
