The role
Lady Allum village in Milford is seeking a casual Housekeeper to support its committed team.
What you will do
- Support day-to-day cleaning and laundry tasks across the village.
- Clean shared resident areas as well as living spaces.
- Work in line with established procedures to keep all areas hygienic, safe, and free from hazards.
- Handle a role that offers a varied day-to-day workload.
What you will need
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
- Practical knowledge of handling chemicals safely.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- A warm and respectful manner toward residents.
- A genuine commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts.
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
