Role overview

Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is hiring a Housekeeping Runner to join a team that values collaboration, a positive atmosphere, and pride in quality work. This position is available as a permanent full-time and part-time opportunity.

The hotel is located on a bus route with a stop right outside the property, and shared staff accommodation is available. Employees can also use the complimentary shuttle service, which collects staff from the UBCO bus loop.

Key duties

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Work effectively on your own without close supervision.
• Support laundry operations by washing linen and delivering it to the guest floors.
• Replenish housekeeping storage areas with linen, guest amenities, and cleaning materials.
• Provide help to other departments whenever needed.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned as part of the role.

• Comfort working independently.
• The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position items up to 30 pounds without assistance.
• The physical capability to reach above and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
