Role Overview

This HR Manager position focuses on payroll operations, statutory compliance, labour law adherence, employee benefits administration, and resolving employee queries related to compensation and social security matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete monthly payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, including attendance input, leave adjustments, and variable pay calculations.
  • Manage EPF and ESIC processes end to end, including registrations, monthly contribution processing, challan preparation, and handling related grievances.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labour regulations such as the Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
  • Keep statutory records up to date, submit returns on schedule across monthly, half-yearly, and yearly cycles, and support labour audits and inspections.
  • Administer employee benefits, coordinate insurance claims, and manage full and final settlement for exiting employees.
  • Serve as the main contact for employees raising concerns about payroll differences, PF withdrawals, and ESIC-related matters.
