Role Overview
This temporary HR Specialist position is based in Plantation, Florida and follows a hybrid pattern with three onsite days each week. The work schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the role is primarily onsite. Flexibility is required to work weekends when needed, with weekday time off provided to balance those hours.
What You’ll Do
The main focus of this role is entering and maintaining employee data in the HCM system for the Florida office. Accuracy, speed, and a strong service mindset are essential, along with the ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them efficiently.
